Delivery Information: Fossil Farms will ship anywhere in the United States. Your order can be in transit a maximum of 48 hours. Depending on where you are in the country, overnight or two-day carrier service may be required. All orders ship out on Monday through Thursday. ****NOTE: All order placed on Thursday for the Christmas holiday are subject to a overnight delivery charge.

Return Policy: We accept returns on damaged goods or delivery of the wrong item only. All claims are to be made within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise - no exceptions.

Recommendation: Our products are shipped with ice packs in an insulated, sectioned-off box. Dry ice is used in warmer weather and may be completely diluted into the air when you receive your package - this is completely normal. Since these items are perishable, we suggest that someone be available to take your delivery inside as soon as it arrives. We do not require a signature and do request that the shipper leave it at your door. NOTE: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE YOUR DELIVERY SENT TO A WORK ADDRESS OR HAVE A NEIGHBOR OR FRIEND BE AT HOME TO TEND TO YOUR PACKAGE.
